We’ve got the perfect post workout meal for you! Try this simple yet tasty grilled chicken with sweet potato and greens dish which is the perfect combination of protein, vegetables and healthy carbs.

Ingredients:

-1 sweet potato

-100g broccoli

-100g green beans

-Chicken breast

Method:

1. Pre-heat oven on high, season chicken with mixed herb seasoning, place chicken breast in an oven tray with aluminium foil, place chicken in oven and leave for 15-20 mins.

2. Cut the sweet potato as preferred, toss 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle sea salt on top. Cover a baking tray with aluminium foil and spread the sweet potatoes, bake for 25-30 mins, toss them half way through.

3. Bring a large pan of water to the boil add the beans and broccoli and simmer for 5 mins, add vegetable seasoning and cook for 5 more mins until tender and then drain the water.
