INGREDIENTS:

-1 large avocado

-4 tbsp of lemon juice

-1 garlic clove

-1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves

-Pinch of salt

-1 tbsp of olive oil

METHOD:

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth

2. Serve over pasta
